Student review

First year outlined the basic information for Food Science such as biology, maths and chemistry. The last year’s were specific to the degree. However, there wasn’t enough industry-base or experience in the workplace. Personally, I was lucky enough to choose an elective that required work experience. Maybe here isn’t enough places to do work experience in but the university should work together with students to find one or at least include it as a requirement in the degree. I had to find my work experience myself. Other then that I enjoyed the course very much.
